In April 2018 Mangalabai Bhagwat Foundation organized in Vile Parle East a Cultural Event to promote the  Maharashtrian culinary skills in terms of promoting  Marathi food item “Misal” through Misalotsav and local “folk music and art and culture of Maharashtra”.
